What is the closest hotel to the event site?
The Novotel São Paulo Center Norte is the closest hotel to the venue. Book early, as rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly. Visit Novotel São Paulo Center Norte’s website to book. Please note that this event is unlike other AVA Summit events, in that the event is not hosted inside of a hotel. There is not an official AVA Summit room block or corresponding discount code. All bookings are managed independently.
Will there be shuttle service available?
Yes, we’ll provide a shuttle service between Novotel São Paulo Center Norte and the event site. There’s also a shuttle from the nearest metro station directly to the venue.
How do I get to the event site from the airport?
The São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) is about 30-40 minutes from the event. We recommend using a taxi or Uber for a convenient ride to the venue or your hotel.
Are there travel packages for attendees?

What food options are available at the event?
Our vegan fair at VegFest will feature 100+ exhibitors, many offering food available for purchase. It’s a great opportunity to try local and international vegan options.
Are there vegan dining options near the venue?
Dining options are limited around the venue, but São Paulo’s neighborhoods like Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, Jardins, and Consolação are excellent for vegan dining and are about 30-40 minutes by car.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is paid parking available onsite for those who prefer to drive.
Will there be translation services at the event?
Yes, we have a professional translation system provided by Francal, and additional volunteer support for Q&A sessions as needed.
What COVID-19 protocols are in place?
We are following local COVID-19 guidelines. Masks and sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue, and attendees are encouraged to monitor their health and stay home if they’re feeling unwell.
Where can I find more information during the event?
An information desk will be available onsite, or you can download the Whova app to stay updated on event schedules, connect with other attendees, and access resources during the event.
